This pack is for anyone who, while researching their topic, comes across more topics and wants to engage with them. There are patterns of thinking and behavior that you want to change or you are in a crisis.
Together we will find out what blocks you or makes life difficult for you.
Package M includes 12 x 60 minutes of undivided attention including preparation and follow-up by me. Our appointments will take place within 9 months - plan it, I do that too. I will support you in coaching yourself and will have a feedback session with you after the end of our package series. Individually adapted to you, you will also receive work materials and other suggestions in this package. In this long-term cooperation, we will also use some methods from meditation, MBSR, Thai Chi and body scans.

Would you like to get to know me and my methods? Also, do you feel disturbed, but still not able to classify it? No problem.
We use a first session to narrow down the problem and see where you want to go.
The packet includes 1 x 60 minutes of undivided attention. As a follow-up, a short feedback discussion takes place about two weeks after our session.
